BillGO Product Design

Financial technology is something that has typically lagged behind other product areas in recent years. I worked at BillGO to take advantage of this niche and change the way that people pay bills. In this role, I conceptualized product flows and took them from ideation to the live experience. I collaborated with the UX team as well as cross-functionally throughout the organization, conducted user research, and designed various parts of their Bill Pay product. I also created flows for recurring payments (autopay), designed multiple supporting product flows, conducted and analyzed moderated and unmoderated user tests on a variety of projects (user interviews, rainbow spreadsheets, personas/journey maps, UX presentations, etc.), and worked with their engineering team to successfully take designs across the finish line.
